2. Self-Reward: Give yourself a reward when you successfully complete something. Usually, the behavior that is rewarded has a high chance of being repeated.

For example, you managed to be consistent in one week for morning exercise. Maybe you can reward yourself by buying a nice set of workout clothes or simply by taking a full weekend break.

Do whatever makes you happy to pay for the effort you put in before. It can also be a motivation to continue what you are doing.

3. Evaluate every mistake: Consistency does not equal perfection. Of course there will be errors, distractions, and distractions from external factors that we have no control over. This is what often makes a person fail to be consistent.
